Mobisy has been developing web and mobile applications for a variety of platforms for more than six years. We have been playing a pivotal role in defining the strategic roadmaps of enterprise mobile applications for several organizations across multiple geographies.

Desired Experience: Fresher’s / 1-2 years’

Salary: 1,44,000/- to 3,00,000/-

Job Description:

 Provide L1/L2 support for all the client requests

 Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' requests

 eHlp in analyzing the customer inquires, service requests, complaints and identify the trends.

Desired Candidate\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Profile:

 Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS Office tools and basic database skills

 Awesome communication skills (Written and Verbal), local language knowledge is a plus

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Ability to work under pressure

 Willingness and eagerness to work in a startup environment.
