Provide L1/L2 support for all the client requests
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' requests
eHlp in analyzing the customer inquires, service requests, complaints and identify the trends.
Desired Candidate\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Profile:
Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS Office tools and basic database skills
Awesome communication skills (Written and Verbal), local language knowledge is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness and eagerness to work in a startup environment.
