Profile 1: Customer Success Manager

Job Responsibility:

Looking for a talented candidate who can handle higher profile clients. Candidate should be able to handle client queries with great patience level and who can really create a friendly customer service environment & helping the clients to understand the software.

Profile 2: Content writer

Job Responsibility:

Writing SEO friendly content able to express the company's motive in the market and work collaboratively in Digital Marketing role to devise and execute content marketing strategy. Candidate should be result-oriented, creative, and an independent thinker. Should have interest and enthusiasm for existing and upcoming Web trends in our field. Should be able to express our software features in a simple and elegant manner that makes them feel the experience of using our product. Should be able to create a positive environment where readers are been driven to have a pillow talk about us. Flexible writing style to address multiple audiences while maintaining the brand voice of our product.

Profile 3: Java Developer

Job Responsibility:

Candidate should have a very strong technical background in Java. Java Programming Certified will be an added advantage. Should be able to work with high energy cross-functional development teams Creative and fun atmosphere with a focus on getting things done in the best way.

Profile 4: Solution Architect

Job Responsibility:

Looking for talented candidates who can provide innovative solutions using our software suite to high profile clients for their specific operational scenarios. Responsibilities include showing demo to the client, helping the clients to understand the software and interfacing with the internal product teams.
Accounts majors will be an added advantage.

CTC offered during Probation: 13-15K per month (Increment will be given on salary, depending on candidate's performance during probation period)
