Job Description:
LeadSquared is looking for Customer Success Intern, your primary goal is enable successful adoption of Leadsquared platform by our customers. You will work closely with end customers across wide variety of industries/ domains. Customer Success Intern will help customers configure the Leadsquared system and train the customers to use the Leadsquared system in an efficient way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and document the requirements form customers.
- Configuration of the data set provided by customers.
- Training the end users on Leadsquared platform.
- Identifying usage related issues and helping the customers to solve the same.
- Communicate product feedback to improve user experience.
Key Capabilities:
- A bachelor's or master's degree engineering or technology
- Quick learner
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Stellar listening, speaking, presentation and writing skills PHP/Python/Java/ Node Js development knowledge is a plus
