Roles and Responsibilities:
Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
Maintaining record of Customers information.
Maintain Quality Standards.
Should have proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
Handling Emails, if required.
Making outbound calls for failed transaction or sales conversion.
Minimum 6 months of calling experience.
Graduate in any stream.
Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
Computer literate.
Candidate Must have laptop & Wi Fi.
No targets only have to resolve the customer queries.
