Job Description and Skill Required:
The job will be a customer facing role where the person will be the representing Uber and helping the customers book a ride through the Uber App.
Major job responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
- Operate Tablet enabled kiosk to book Uber cabs for customers
- Resolve customer queries and support them with any problem
- Manage the kiosk
- Communication: Shpuld be fluent in English and Bengali
