-Book reservations
-Communicate to customers
-Understands and offers better plan suitable to the usage of customer
-Communicate to customer through both voice and chat
-Receive calls, emails or chat
-Service clients accurately and professionally
-Rapport building
-Effectively investigate/ escalate and resolve customer complaints
-Document all interaction and transactions
-Coordinates with clients professionally
-Follow-up unclaimed funds
-cancel unclaimed transactions
-Confirm receipt of remittances

-Above average typing speed.
