Job Description :
- To work within a small team environment, the objective being the smooth co-ordination of the Front of House and provide assistance in membership sales when required. You will be the first impression of Fitness First. The role requires the individual to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills Required :
• Must be computer literate or be able to learn computer skills.
• Proven success in basic administrative duties.
• Must possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long and anti-social hours inclusive of split shifts.
• Consistently achieving or surpassing daily work targets and goals.
• Must be a self-starter and hold strong organisational skills.
• Must be solution orientated.
