Job Location: Delhi, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida

Course Specialization: M.Com, BBA/BBM, MA, BSc, BCA, MBA/PGDM, BE/B.Tech, BHM, BEd, MSW, MSc, BSW, B.Com, Other Graduate, BA, MCA

Desired Experience: 0 - 4 Years

Salary: Up to 18.5 K/Month

Candidate should have the following:

  • Basic knowledge of Health Insurance.
  • Should have good communication skills- Both English and Hindi.
  • Should be a graduate at-least or final year result awaited or final year persuing.
  • Experience in voice process preferred.
  • Knowledge of any regional language would be an advantage.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries related to health insurance claims, policy etc. through calls.
  • Providing resolution to customers' complaints & grievances.
  • Maintaining the AHT for the process.
  • No target.
