-Highly energetic, proactive and a go getter with a willingness to work in an aggressive growth set-up.
-3-5 years of total experience with minimum 1 year experience as lead in a Customer Service role.
-Should have experience of handling customer queries across multiple channels (calls, email, social media, etc.).
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Willing to work and manage team in a 12X7 working environment including weekend and holidays.
-Should have a zeal to provide highest quality of customer service by being empathetic to customer problems.
-Ability to identify root cause and help implement permanent solutions to solve future customer issues.
-Ability to take independent initiatives and work under pressure situations.
-Knowledge of events and other online business would be an additional advantage .
