- To handle customer service calls from US Customers.
-To handle customers queries for international Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel Insurance.
- To ensure that customer escalations are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
- Should be able to provide First Call Resolution.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality.
Skill Set Required:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Should have international BPO experience
- Working knowledge of GDS Amadeus and/or Sabre
- Ability to Work under Pressure
