Under the auspices of Scale of Ambition, a global review of Support Services was commissioned under the Business Transformation Programme and which resulted in establishment of the Noida Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) hub for delivery of Information Systems (IS), Finance and Centre of Excellence (CoE) services. The GSSC at Noida, India has been incorporated as BC Management Services Private Limited.

Job Location: Noida
Salary: Fresher- 1.5 LPA(During Training), 2.23LPA(Post Training)
For Experienced- 2.23 LPA-3.3 LPA
Desired Experience: 0-3 Years

-Proactively pick up calls and emails and be the first point of contact for the customer.
-Provide customers with accurate information and achieve first time resolution.
-Route/Transfer calls to appropriate resource/channel if necessary while following agreed telephony etiquettes.
-Follow up with the concerned department/ customer to ensure the customer query has been resolved via email or phone.
-Update excel sheets to record every customer interaction promptly.
-Proficient in English Communication Skills is must.
-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices (Both Voice & E Mails related) preferred
-Good Computer (MS office) and keyboard handling skills
