Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Candidate will be the first point of contact of the organisation for query handling, customer grievances, relationship development and management, damage control
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our product
- Handle customer orders on calls, whatsapp, and Website.
- Coordination with the operations team for order fulfilment.
- Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Oversee third party relationships with CRM vendors.
- Responsible for managing the direct marketing efforts for the Company\'s e-commerce business
- Work with team to create and implement campaigns that promote customer loyalty, re-engage lapsed customers, and drive new customer acquisition along with cross-channel spending
- Experience within a performance based environment preferred
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)
- Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Interest or experience in E-commerce related industry
- Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently to meet individual performance goals
- Proven ability to build relationships
