Profile/Designation  :  Customer Relationship Executive

Job Location  : Bangalore

Desired experience  :  Fresher

Course specialization  :  Any Graduate (if possible Graduates & Post-graduates in Humanities preferred). B. Tech & Post graduate candidates not eligible

Probation / Training Period:  1 month

Salary  :  1.8lpa - 2.2lpa - Fixed(Depending upon the candidature)

Tentative date of joining  :  Immediate

Job Description :

·         Ability to speak good English & a flair for friendly conversations is required.

·         The Executive has to interact with our website users & resolve problems raised by them.

·         Familiarity with Office Suite of software is necessary.

Skills Required :

·         Good oral & written communication skills a must

·         Have basic computer skills and are internet savvy.

·         Good oral & written communication skills, should be ambitious, confident, and committed to taking on major responsibilities, should be organized, focused, and capable of crafting their own plans. Passion for technology and business, should be able to explain complex concepts in everyday terms.
