-Handle client queries.
-Ensure that all client issues are handled professional and logged into CRM System.
-Take time from Back end Support & SWD for issue Closure.
-Ensure that the task is delivered to the client as per the commitment & SLA.

Good communication Skill, problem solving and customer focused.
