Job Description:
- He/She will be responsible handling inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer and prospect queries, knowledge of sales and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication, Analytical and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of social contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth business operations
- Place outbound follow-up calls to Customers
- Answer questions about the product details, the company, and issues related to the product and services
- Assist customers with any technical issues experienced with Product and escalate any issues to Tech Team/Management appropriately.
- Perform basic account maintenance activities
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Answer incoming customer calls regarding service questions and general customer concerns
- Languages - English & Tamil/Kannada is a must
- Preferred Industry experience in Educational/Healthcare
Skills Required:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Must possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to type 30 wpm+
