Job Description :
- Calling prospective customers from existing database in order to provide information about products of Rohin Industries.
- Send the product catalogue and price list of products to the customers, follow up to get the purchase order.
- Coordinate with the stock department for on time delivery of the product.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Demonstrations of printing machines and product explanation to walk in customers and closing order.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging product, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve client’s complaints.
- Contact clients in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and other planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Coordinate with accounts department for the pending payment, follow up with the client for the payment or arrange for billing.
