Roles and Responsibilities:Processing payments on past due or delinquent accounts.
Meeting collection targets in terms of dollars per contact or any relevant metrics and efficiencies.
Educating customers of financial standing of account such as the total balance owed, past due amount, last payment made and etc.
Assisting customers in setting up payment arrangement plans based on customers account eligibility and requirement.
Offering advice or educating customers in helping their account becomes current and prevent the account in going to collections.
Reviewing terms and conditions of payment arrangement.
Identifying customers with repetitive contacts and escalating any kind of threats from customers like ( CEO, BBB, Legal and etc. )
