Job Profile : Customer Happiness Executive

Salary : INR 1.8 – 2.5 LPA (The salary depends on the quality/skills/performance in the interview round/s of the candidate )

Bond : None

Date of Joining : Immediate

Tentative Interview Date*: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Responsibilities :

-Manage incoming calls

-Generate leads

-Identify the needs of parents and kids to achieve satisfaction

-Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

-Help parents find the accurate information they are looking for

-Meet weekly and monthly targets

-Take care of complaints, come up with solutions and alternatives without getting overwhelmed

-Keep data of customer interactions, process customer requests and data entry

-Successfully follow communication guidelines and policies

-Make an extra effort  to engage and satisfy customers

Requisites :

-Fluency in English, Hindi, Local Language.

-Able to work independently and the flexibility of working for a startup.

-Should have strong interpersonal & communication skills. Should have knowledge of MS office (word, excel and power-point).

-Most importantly :- patience!
