Job Description:

- Gather requirements from across the business to create and execute plans.
- Ensure products are easy to use, insightful and represent HungerBox as a truly digital company.
- Measure customer feedback throughout the process and make changes based on needs.
- Produce documents, payment methods and contract terms.

The person should be:
- An influential Customer Experience Manager.
- Proactive in driving change to ensure a first class customer experience.
- Knowledge of sales processes and fulfillment processes would be advantageous.
