The individual would be responsible for the following :
-Make outbound calls to care professionals based on the missed call number or based on mobilization data and convert them to supply leads.
Convert Supply leads to placable hot candidates:
-Contact the Care professionals telephonically
-Validate the leads
-Manage the candidate registration process
-Coordinate with Field executives for skill evaluation and training activities
-Proactive actions to scan the database for various incomplete tasks in the value chain of supply mobilization
-Follow up for submission of proofs
-Follow up for background checks completion
-Follow up for attending training
-Record care professional interactions, update relevant databases and documents.
-Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines issued from time to time.
Required Skills and Competencies :
-Candidate should be able to professionally communicate in Hindi or regional language while dealing with care Professionals
-Face to face followed by HR Round
