Job Description and Skill Set Required:
• Managing customer service calls
• Handling customer escalations
• Managing customer booking process with suppliers
• Proactively taking ownership of customer issues for resolution
• Collecting customer feedback and presenting it back to Operations
• Very polished telephone communication skills - Articulate in Hindi and English
• Deep Empathy for people
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent typing & telephonic skills
• At least 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably with e-commerce start-ups or premium credit card companies
