Profile Offered: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Gurgaon

Desired Experience: 0 - 4 yrs

Course Specialization: Any Graduate - Any Specialization,Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization.

Required Candidate profile:

 

  • Under Graduate / Graduate both can apply.
  • Fresher/Experience both are Eligible.
  • Good Communication (Verbal & Written both) Skills.
  • Candidate should be flexible with Rotational Shift
  • Computer literate.

 

Roles and Responsibilies:

  • Answering incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call.
  • Maintaining record of Customer's information.
  • Maintain Quality Standards.
  • Should have proactive approach and can think out of the box to help customers.
  • Handling Emails, if required.
  • Making outbound calls for failed transaction or sales conversion.
