Tachyon intends to bring advanced technology like GPON and FTTH to households in Lucknow and revolutionize the standard of internet usage across the city. Salary: INR 1.2 LPA - INR 1.92 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)

* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:
- Handling calls and providing on call support to clients.
- Responding to queries related to billing, sales etc.
- Remotely diagnosing the issue related to internet connectivity by guiding the client on call.
- Taking feedback from clients once their issue is resolved and updating the same on complaint portal and log sheet.
- Coordinating with field Technical Engineers and updating them about the complaints

Skills Set Required:
Communication Skills– should be strong communicators who are able to talk with customers and explain technical issues to people with no technical knowledge.
Well Mannered– The communication with client should be mannered and polite at all times.
Patient/Good Listener– the executive should be patient and listen to client carefully before giving any Input from his end.

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BBA, BCA
