Course specialization - Any Graduate

Salary - Rs 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA.

Probation Period - 3 Months.

NO BOND NO CONTRACT FULL TIME JOB

US shift – 12 hours.

Job Description

  • Receive inbound calls from participants.
  • Provide quality customer service on every call.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants.
  • Promote good listening skills.
  • Manage length of calls.
  • Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills with American accent.
  • Personality characteristics, like – patience, poise, tact.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
