Description:
As a customer care executive, you need to understand customer requirements and provide excellent customer service. This is an amazing opportunity if you love talking to different people and excited about party planning.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle online party inquiries & provide information through email and phone calls.
2. To be able to answer customer’s inquiries using the standard guidelines properly.
3. Take ownership of the customer queries and proactively following through to
    resolution.

Required skills:
1. College graduate / Under graduate (any degree) / PUC
2. Excellent verbal / written communication skills
3. Basic computer skills
4. Good relationship skills & Pleasing personality
