Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Provide best-in- class customer service and problem resolution to customer.
- Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Generate leads for the sales team to grow the categories manifold.
- Interact with service providers regularly to ensure active engagement on the platform.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
- Ensure customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Record voice of customers and analyse triggers, scope of improvements, critical & trending issues.
- Report key customer metrics and update customer database.
- Work with marketing team to give insights about the customer to properly target and design promotional campaigns.
