Job Profile: Customer Care Executive

Job location: Hyderabad

Desired Experience: 1 year

Target Batch Pass-out: 2014/2015

Bond: None

Salary: Upto 3 LPA (depending on the candidate's experience and performance in interview)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Probation/Training Period: 1 week probation

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Job Description:

- 1 to 4 years of experience in providing Customer Service

- Experience in Inbound/Outbound Process

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good decision making skills

- Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things

- 5 days a week. (Should be flexible to work on Saturday and Sunday, will get the week off during the weekdays)
