Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development and delivery of a high quality experience for students, adhering to Avanti’s unique Peer Collaboration pedagogy that builds upon Prof. Mazur’s groundbreaking work on Peer Instruction. The major responsibilities are as follows:

- Create an engaging learning experience for students through creation of multimedia video lessons, carefully designed in-class and post class activities

- Ensure zero error-rate and timely creation of all content

- Document and analyze student data gathered from classrooms and use it to judge efficacy of teaching practices.

- Collaborate with Avanti’s technology team to design and test features for Avanti’s e-learning platform

Skill Set Required:

- Well versed in at least one of Chemistry for Class XI and XII

- Passion for working in education

- Ability to think as creatively as a designer while paying attention to details of execution

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to connect with, inspire and motivate students.

- Excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to link cause and effect and generate solutions to problems.

- Prior experience in creating content and teaching students of Class XI and XII is an added advantage.
