Job Description:
-Deliver training to a batch of 10-12 students per class.
-Customize the training module as per audience.
-Proactive to deliver trainings on-site at the client premises as well.
-Design easy to learn practical demonstrations, mini-projects, notes,hands-on-sessions and other workshop or training specific material along with theory topics
-Should be able handle all the queries and problems occurring during the training session
-Keen to research for new, interactive and latest topics for the training modules.
-Train and help other colleagues, employees,trainers, developers, interns in the company.
-Pro-active and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities.
-Ready to learn new topics related to other fields and should be able to cover up workshops and training sessions for those topics too.
-Should track each student's individual performance, attendance , involvement etc.
-Should be responsible end to end completion of the batch, including the module test, project work, portfolios etc

Skill Set Required:
-BCA/ MCA with minimum 0¬2 years of experience on Graphic Designing and Web Designing.
-Must have relevant experience as a Trainer
-Must have good expertise in WEB based projects
-The major skills/qualifications required are web graphic design, web savvy, web user interface design, web programming skills, understanding browser capabilities.
-Excellent communication skills
-Hands ¬on experience with design and development of GUI & web .
-Expert in CSS & HTML, Xhtml, Html5, Jquery, Bootstrap, Open Source technologist
-Experience working with responsive layouts
-Working knowledge of css frameworks like Bootstraps, less etc.
-Comfortable in working both on weekdays or weekends.
-Good understanding cross ¬platform and cross -browser issues.
-Up-to-date with recent technological advances and developments, advances in computer technology.
-Candidates from West Delhi will be preferred.
