Job Description

Desired experience - Freshers to 6 months

Course specialization - Any Branch/Any Discipline. FEMALES ONLY

Probation/Training Period - 3-6 Months (Depending on the candidature performance)

Salary- Fixed + Variable( effect on salary in Probation period / Training Period)

  • Rs. 8000 to 10,000 Monthly (PF would be deducted) during probation Period
  • The candidate can expect a handsome salary hike (at least 50%) after the completion of probation period (Depending on the performance of the candidate during the probation period).
  • After the probation period the candidate will be working in the sales department

Interview Process

  • 2 or 3 Face to Face Interviews (Managerial + HR Rounds)

Job Description

  • Lead Generation.
  • Calling prospective clients and generating interest in the product.
  • Appointment setting.
  • Managing databases.
  • You may also be carrying out market research, so you won\'t necessarily be stuck to the phone.

Any other Requirements/Specifications

  • The candidate should have good communication skills.
  • The Fluency in English, Hindi. Kannada or other vernacular languages will be an added benefit.
  • The candidate should have a go getter attitude, should be able to work in a team and also independently.
