Job Description:

- Conceptualizing, creating and publishing engaging content for clients and prospects, including articles, blog posts, marketing emails,website content, infographics content, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, video scripts, and other custom creative projects.

- Identify client needs, value propositions, brand voice and analyze them to develop suitable content strategy while optimizing online content for SEO

- Editing, proofreading, and fact-checking the work of other team members

- Promote content across a variety of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare, etc

- Develop relationships within and outside of the organization with subject matter experts to explore and keep informed about the developments in industry to facilitate content writing

- Understand approach, value propositions, and quality guidelines of XOR Labs to align the working style with XOR Labs’ philosophy

Skill Set Required:

- 0-1 year of experience in content writing, blogging, web content writing, etc

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication and Journalism will be preferred. Graduates in other disciplines may also apply

- Familiarity with online writing, blogging, and SEO

- Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly and apply them in the work

- Flexible and adaptable writing abilities with sharp eye on minute details like grammar, accuracy, flow, writing style, and tone

- Ability of compile information, research, and analyze from a variety of sources

- Strong writing and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in team constructively and articulate new ideas and tactics for the tasks
