Salary:

During Internship: INR 20,000/ month

Post Internship: INR 4 LPA –INR 5 LPA (The final CTC will depending on individual performance)

Job Description:

The primary job responsibility will include (and not be limited to):

- Collaborate with marketing/content team (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas

   For growth

-Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail,

   Affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

-Analyse data/feedback/results, recommend and lead implementation of strategies

- Prioritize growth channels, drive website traffic along with scaling and automating the growth

   Processes

- Create referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.

-Keep abreast with the latest trends and changes in UI/UX and digital marketing

Skill Set Required:

 -Any degree +/- MBA

-Effective English communication both verbal and written

-Ability to write content (short and long-form), willingness to explore new technologies as required

-Analytical and data driven. Closely work with metrics and statistics

-Relentless in pursuit of growth

-High level of creativity and attention to detail, should be motivated to discover new approaches proactively and drive initiatives

 Interview Process:
- In-person interviews (4-5 rounds, each round being an elimination round)
