Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or in English, Professional Writing, or other language-related field.
- Experience in writing Newsletter, Articles, Blogs, Case Studies, Press Releases, Social media posts & Marketing Collateral.
- If a non-technical degree, a background in technology is desirable.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact frequently with technical and development personnel.
- Strong with English grammar and write easy-to-understand procedures.
- Experience with Madcap Flare or any Help Authoring tools is required.
- Must have experience with Screen capturing tools or image manipulation tools.
- Should have proficiency with MS Word or Open Office. Org.
