Job Description:

- Create, develop and manage content for organizations & client\'s web presence
- Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
- Copy edit and proofread all web content
- Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference
- Track and report on all site metrics
- Writes and posts content online; maintains company or client\'s Web pages and blog(s)
- Plan & Prepare Social Media calendar for social sites like Facebook Linkedin and Twitter etc as per client\'s & industry trends
- Write contents for blogging & classified
- Moderates content as it is contributed to the website by external sources
- Plan and implement social marketing campaigns for specific marketing goals
- Monitors social media pages and responds on topics related to company/industry
- Keeps up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends
- Coordinate content creation & publishing of company newsletters (internal or external)
- Developing creative idea and concepts for branding & marketing
- Presenting ideas to colleagues and Senior Managers
- Having clear ideas of the competitors activities and the target audience
- Writing Clear, persuasive, original copy
- Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar
- Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative/campaign team and clients
- Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion.
- Working on several campaigns at a time, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines

- Candidate must have good written and oral communication
- Candidate should have vivid imagination and creativity
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Basic Adobe Photoshop skills desired not mandatory
- Passion, Integrity and Energy!
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience in writing for the Web, content management and internet research
- Experience with social networks and implementation of social media marketing
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and working with content management systems (CMS) will be of added advantage
