Job Description:
- Editorial functions - copyediting and content editing to elevate the quality and impact of a content piece.
- Enforcing content briefs and guidelines.
- Managing a team of writers and editors - mentoring, consulting, and other project-related communication.
- Training writers on creating excellent content through constant feedback and guidance.
- Training the team on content development and delivery.
- Training and collaborating with writers to ensure brand consistency.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and generating new ideas.
