Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Understand the subject from the SME(subject matter expert)& make notes of the key topics to be covered & also the sequence/flow of topics.
- Prepare day wise overview of topics to be covered & learning outcomes for each topic & duration for each topic.
- Research – books, internet sites for the subject matter & download relevant information.
- Design activities for hands-on learning for the topics
- Prepare PPT with slide notes – to be used for training.
- Prepare trainee handout& trainer guide – to be used for training.
- Keep track of updating the content on quarterly basis.
