We are a Leading Automobile Training Company catering to OEM's for Trainings, Content Development and Audits.

Profile Offered: Content Developer

Job Location: Gurgaon

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 4 years

Roles and Responsibilites:
Liaise and coordinate with clients to understand their training requirements. Consult, if required
Schedule and be a part of a brainstorming session to formulate a storyline/blueprint for the
particular module.
Undertake research work (internet, books, existing modules, etc.) in order to identify sources of
information required for development.
Actual development of the product/process/soft skills training module that may include one or
more of the following:
Program Design.
PPTs.
Trainer Guide/Notes.
Handouts.
Workbooks.
Scripts
Pocket cards.
Coordinating with Graphic team for development of creative the above mentioned collaterals.
Presenting the first and subsequent cuts to the client, taking feedback, implementing the same,
and finalizing the module.


Education:

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA, BMM, BMS

Work Experience:

0 - 4 Years
