Profile 1. Content Associate

Job Description:

• Create banners and deals layout for use in app: Use publicly available pictures of merchant products to create detailed but eye-catching banners to be used in an app.

1. Use photoshop to integrate required message with merchant product pictures

• Help create promotional materials: Create posters, facebook ads and other such promotional materials to reach out to customers

1. Help come up with messaging for posters, facebook ads etc.
2. Create the layout of posters which will attract target customers
3. Craft the final creatives in usable form -  eg. Printed posters

Skills Required

• The role requires people with high level of ownership and dedication to work. Following are the specific skill set we are looking for:

1. Knowledge of photoshop/coral draw etc.
2. Meticulous and detail oriented
3. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory

Profile 2. Operations Associate

Job Description:

• Process customer/Vendor requests based on standard operating procedures:

1. Process tickets raised by customers based on process flow marked by LocalJoy
2. Run verification on customer claims/tickets based on the processes charted out by LocalJoy
3. Process standard queries raised by vendors; escalate if not in standard process
4. Fill and maintain customer and vendor support databases

Skills Required

• The role requires people with high level of ownership and dedication to work. Following are the specific skill set we are looking for:

1. Excellent Communication Skill
2. Knowledge and compatibility with computers, specifically Microsoft Office
3. Meticulous and detail oriented

Profile 3. Associate Support

Job Description:

• Tele- calling merchants to gather relevant details about merchants and products:

1. Call from a list of merchants to gather information from them around their products, price of products etc.
2. Basic internet search to gather deeper information, pictures etc. for a list of merchants

• Process customer/Vendor requests based on standard operating procedures:

1. Process tickets raised by customers based on process flow marked by LocalJoy
2. Run verification on customer claims/tickets based on the processes charted out by LocalJoy
3. Process standard queries raised by vendors; escalate if not in standard process

• Help merchant take leverage of the LocalJoy platform to increase their sales eg. Help merchants create deals, answer merchant queries etc.

1. Familiarize merchant with the LocalJoy platform and its usage
2. Assist merchants through deal creation journey- how to create deals, which deals are most suited for them, which part of the week they shall promote etc.
3. Create and maintain relationship to create loyalty to LocalJoy app

• Assist in merchant on boarding including related paperwork.

1. Demonstrate and explain the LocalJoy app usage to merchants
2. Execute any paperwork required to get merchants on-board.
