Job Desription:

We are looking for a CRM Content specialist to be based in Gurgaon to bring efficiency to a cross-functional driver operations team. Documentation, deployment and creating efficient, scalable systems are your thing. People love working with you because you make everyone’s life easier. As a member of a cross-functional Uber Driver CRM team, the right person will be comfortable in an "all hands on deck" environment, able to operate and coordinate across multiple teams, and can thrive in a startup culture. This role is all about ensuring the executional success of the CRM team.

What you’ll do

- Work with local teams to define the right tones in different communication channels

- Execute large-scale ad-hoc and automated communications for Uber in a highly fast-paced environment.

- Support cross-functional India SA wide campaign executions from a CRM perspective

- Write copy for different media - digital (App, FB, Twitter, blogs) and offline (newspaper ads, billboards, leaflets, packaging)

- Produce engaging and audience-specific content in form of company blog, white papers, help articles, and customer case studies and monthly newsletter

- Develop creative ideas and concepts in partnership with design and marketing team.

- Collaborate with designers, art directors and creative directors to breathe life into those concepts.

- Keep up with the latest trends in communications and adapt them to suit brand needs.

- Analyze the success of concepts and copies and modify strategies based on results.

- Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution. What you’ll need

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Impeccable grammar, punctuation and command over the English language

- Ability to express ideas, concepts in writing

- Conceptual thinker, loves writing and believes in crafting new ideas

- 0-2 years experience as a program / project manager / content developer in a consumer-facing software, management consulting firm, investment bank, creative agencies, brand advertisers

- Demonstrate analytical success and the capacity for developing / understanding strategy.

- Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
