What you'll need to succeed:
- Incumbent should be Chartered Accountant with over 4 years of work experience.
- Sound Knowledge of various compliances in respect to FEMA/RBI, SEZ, GST, Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing.
- Ability to analyse financial data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely fashion.
- Have worked on various accounting system- sun system knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Good attention to details and should have the ability to work on deadlines.
- Problem solving & Analytical skills.
- Numeracy skills - reconciliations and statistics
- Good written and spoken communication skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist with various SEZ related compliances - APR, MPR, Softex
- Coordination with Customs authorities for exports and imports
- Act as a point of contact for Banking requirements and RBI/FEMA regulations
- Ensure GST, WHT and Direct Tax compliances
- Prepare monthly dashboards and assist with month close activities
- Engage in annual forecasting, budgeting and reviewing operational performances
- Assist with treasury functions
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
- Engage in on-going cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company
- Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
- Act as one point of contact for Audit
- Assist with transfer pricing and other legal matters
