D V Rao & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Hyderabad are looking for the dynamic & dedicated Company Secretary for the Position of Company Secretary - 2 (Nos).

Job Location: Hyderabad(Madhapur)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Roles and Resposibility:
1. Primarily responsible for compliance of Companies Act, 2013, rules thereunder and FEMA etc. on time.
2. Client Engagement for relationship, business development & branding.
3. Business understanding of clients.
4. Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters and non-statutory due dates.
5. Spotting of issues/ non-compliance etc. and suggesting solution on the same.
6. Technical review of Board minutes and General Meeting Minutes, forms to be filed with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, FEMA forms etc.
7. Identifying control points in clients and processes.
8. Highlighting current / probable statutory non-compliance in clients documents.
