The person should walk-in with an impulse to build communities, a far-flung network of start-ups & companies from the eco-system, a black -belt in channelizing the organisation through operational skills (without using karate please!) and ability of establishing a deeply rooted culture for Double Ō. She/he should be a trail-blazer who is always on the toe for a challenge and up to bring a better change to the system.

Salary:  Upto INR 3 LPA (As per candidate’s competence)

Job Description:

-Address, resolve & communicate any issues related to features and functionality of the Double Ō community. These issues would include but not limit to getting technical setbacks resolved; monitoring & ensuring an effective administration.

-Looking into communication, conflict-resolution & building relations with clients & vendors

-Reach-out different sets of people & create a buzz about Double Ō

-Along with managing of operations, the Cōmmunity Architect would also be handling membership queries, scheduling & hosting of facility tours, look after facets of new memberships & engage the existing members which would result into repetitive & long term memberships.

-Responsible to plan and execute member services, activities and events for the Office spaces.

-A candidate who holds a relevant work experience in a similar profile and industry, should be a good match.

Working Hours: Monday-Saturday – flexible work hours
