Jana Small Finance Bank, erstwhile Janalakshmi Financial Services, is headquartered in Bengaluru. It is one of the 10 financial institutions which had received in-principle approval from RBI, in 2015, to set up a Small Finance Bank.

- Maximize Promise to Pay (PTP) from connected customers as per set targets by convincing the customer to pay.
- Maintain the quality of PTPs that gets generated.
- Deliver the log in efficiency as per set targets on number of calls made, number of PTP generated, number of PTP kept.
- Ensure 100% accurate disposition of all calls in the dialer.
- Ensure 100% adherence to process and scripts.
