Job Description:
- Basic Knowledge of various cloud platforms and services
- Migration of customers to the latest cloud offerings
- Implementation of cloud-based solution relating to security, such as MDM/MAM, and solution which help user productivity using SSO, SSPR.
- Managing user environment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP.
- Provide technical support to customers by taking incoming calls and responding to web-based inquiries
- Meet clients, give presentations and demonstrations about the technology solutions
- Answer pre and post sales questions
- Satisfy customer expectations by providing an outstanding customer experience
- Quick learner and passionate about increasing their knowledge base for different technologies
- Analytical skills to review software and systems to identify potential or existing problems
- Excellent communication skills so that they can efficiently identify issues and maintain written documentation
- Work as part of a team and collaborate with other technical support professionals
- Up to date with advances in all the latest technologies
- Interpersonal competences and presentation skills
- Attention to details and focused
