Salary:  INR 1.8 LPA – INR 3 LPA + Incentives

Job Description:

Trato India Private Limited is looking for sincere people who wish to learn, act and grow themselves and people they work with to join our team. The incumbent will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible for building the trust of the clients. This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate who is extremely motivated, dedicated, and passionate about their responsibilities. We’re committed to exceed the expectations of the clients.

Major responsibilities would be:

-Responsible for responding to incoming inquiries on phone & email;
- Follow ups with leads on phone & emails;
- Responsible to drive new sales opportunities;
- Call prospective clients & explain products & services;
- Prepare & deliver presentations for new businesses; 
- Make & maintain relationship with new & existing clients; 
- Consistently achieve metrics to generate new business & meet targets within a limited time frame; 
- Accurately record all the activities in the CRM and prepare reports;
- B2B Sales and B2C Sales

Skill Set Required:
  

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, making points concisely
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations executing high quality results in fast paced environments
  • Ability to listen attentively and suggest apt solution to a problem
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Language of conversation is English (primarily) and Hindi (occasionally)
  • Familiarity with startup ecosystem in India will be an advantage.
