Ram Chand Mehta along with his brothers co-founded Mahatta & Co. (a photography studio). In 2002, Mahatta evolved in to the digital photography by venturing in to the online image licensing business, catering to the image needs of Advertising agencies, Corporates, Marketing & Media professionals, Newspaper & Publications, etc . After the success and nearly 14 years of experience in the image stock industry Mahatta's has introduced Mahatta Art one of the finest art gallery in India in the year 2014.

Salary: INR 2.16 LPA to 2.4 INR LPA(Hike as per industry standards)
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Assist in resolving clients’ issues/problems by listening to complaints and offering solutions effective for satisfactory resolution
- Responsible for assisting clients queries through web chat desk or calling or mailing
- Responsible for calling clients taking their feedbacks and pitching other products or promotional materials
- Give recommendations to clients and aid them in selecting suitable artwork/services that best meets their requirement
- Track order processing and shipment so as to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain excellent customer service and ensure the customer service team adhere to acceptable standards for client service
- Contact clients to ensure they are satisfied with artwork and service offered.
- Maintain MIS of orders and client queries and share it with the management/accounts.
