Salary: 2.5 LPA-3 LPA(Depending upon the candidate’s performance in the interview)

Probation / Training Period: 3 months

Job Description

  • Relationship Development & Management with Key Clients to ensure retention and growth of revenue
  • Responsible for generating revenues from current client relations and analyzing revenues to maximize benefit
  • Maximize add-on business from each Client
  • Strategies and drive campaigns, ensuring 100% client satisfaction
  • Communicate to the existing Clients about campaign updates and numbers on regular basis and act as a SPOC for all campaign related queries and issues
  • Ensuring timely delivery of Campaigns
  • Is expected to co-ordinate with the operations team and Engineering team to generate qualitative outputs that exceed client expectations.

 Skills Required

  • Knowledge in Client servicing/Key Account Management/Relationship Management
  • Excellent people and management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, clients and partners
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, technologies and online advertising
  • Service and client relations oriented with ability to successfully network with leading decision-makers and all levels of management and personnel
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and other technical information, solve problems, evaluate systems, and create solutions
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal personal skills
