Job Description:

-We are looking someone who can maintain existing business with current clients, grow business   relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board.
-She will understand the brief and act as liaison between the client and internal team.
-The successful candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and   departments to improve customer support programs and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

-Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
-Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
-Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
-Identifying ways to overcome clients' initial dislike of company products.
-Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.

Skills Required:

-Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field required.
-Must demonstrate the zeal to learn and ability to meetdeadlines.
-Able to work on M.S Office (Excel, Power point, Outlook).
-Strong communication skills required.
