Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responding to concerns of Clients via mails/chats/phone calls.
• Keeping records of client interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken and maintaining trackers etc.
• Follow up within internal departments to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer's requests.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation and resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Candidate should have strong communication skills and good telephonic conversation etiquette.
• Should have patience and excellent listening skills.
• Should have a go getter attitude, persuasiveness, and ready to take initiative.
• Should have high customer service orientation skills.
