Job Description: 

Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customers/vendors.

Coordinating, and tracking new implementations projects.

Providing interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team’s procedures.

Demonstrating leadership to define requirements for project.

Extensive regular contact with assigned project clients.

Participating in client meetings and resolving client and management project issues.

Providing customized consulting services.

Interacting with various departments.

Implementing our product at client side, provide the training for the same.

Actively take part in end to end implementation of Data for customer.

Provide implementation support to the internal team (Sales, SSE, etc).

Respond to customer issues and concerns related to implementation.

Own the training of product to internal and external customers.

Excellent communication skills is mandatory.

Should be able to implement use cases provided by the customer.

Candidates in external customer facing roles in their earlier job will be preferred.

Should have convincing skills.

Should ready to travel for client visit.
